Thank you for checking our tickets page. Please know that it is not essential to prebook your admission tickets to visit us currently. We are managing our attraction capacity throughout the day when we are open. Though if you do not prebook you may have to wait and queue until there is space within the attraction before we can let you in.

We do therefore recommend that you do prebook your admission tickets via our Facebook page to secure your chosen date and arrival time (when the attraction is open).

Please know that there is no need to pre-pay for your admission tickets. We will take payment upon arrival via card or contactless payment methods. We apologise as we are unable to take cash payments currently.

How to book your visit with us:

Please book your visit with us by clicking on the link below that will take you to Facebook Appointments. Please note if you are logged in via Facebook your booking with be linked to your Facebook messenger account. If you do not have Facebook, you will be asked to provide your email address when you are booking your chosen day and arrival time. Facebook will then be able to email you confirmation of your booking once approved.


When you book via Facebook, please select your chosen day and arrival time and in the customer message section please let us know your party size. Due to the latest Government restrictions, we cannot accept groups larger than six people. If you are from one household that is larger than six people, please call us to discuss your booking request.

If you any reason you are unable to book via Facebook Appointments, please do email or call us on 01603 781728 and we can manually take a booking for your visit.
