Please note that we do not operate an online booking service. Please pay for your admissions tickets upon arrival to the museum at the admissions counter located by the Cafe either by cash or card payments.

Carer Ticket
One free carer ticket for each paying registered disabled visitor.
Please bring the relevant proof of identification with you as this will be required on entry to the museum in order to claim your Carer Ticket.

Family Priced Tickets
We are making 2026 affordable for families with at least two paying children (aged 4 to 15 years old) per group.
The great thing about our Family Priced Tickets, is that there is no limit on group size, visiting as a family of three? Or a big family visit of ten, so long as there are at least two paying children (aged between 4 and 15 years old) then you will qualify for these great Family Priced Tickets.
